Scott's 25 year career in Information Technology has focused on Cyber defense, Ethical hacking, Managed Services, and business and IT consulting.
George Passidakis holds an Information Technology degree from California State University, Long Beach and has over 30 years of experience as an Information Technology professional. During his ten years at Apex, he has been dedicated to bringing complicated technology down to earth for everyday use, ensuring both new and existing clients get the personal and professional service they deserve.
His experience includes founding a custom database applications company, working as an IT consultant and holding a position as Sales IT Manager for Cisco Systems, VMX Inc. and Octel Communications. George is leveraging the Sandler Sales Process with his team to drive new customer acquisition. He also has extensive knowledge of Microsoft technology and other SMB IT products and solutions.
As the Director of Operations, Matthew is responsible for the continuous Financial and Operational improvements within the organization to enable the highest performance levels to effectively grow, ensure financial strength and operational efficiency. Matthew ensures critical internal controls and operational procedures are adhered to while also participating in the formulation and execution of tactical and strategic planning toward achieving the defined growth and earnings objectives. He is also responsible for ensuring that the organization is profitable, agile, streamlined and scalable through the continuous operational and cash flow improvements.
Before joining Apex, Matthew was involved with multiple fast growing Information Technology and Software Development Ventures. Matthew was an Executive at two national organizations awarded to the “Inc. 500 Awards List” for substantial Three-Year Revenue growth of 877% and 5,194%, respectively. He has previously been nominated for CFO of the Year for the Orange County Business Journal. Matthew has also held Executive roles with responsibilities over Finance and Operations for multiple businesses, delivering Information Technology, Engineering, Software Development, SAAS Healthcare, Media and Real Estate Investments.
Natalie has been involved in the IT industry for over 20 years with her husband Scott. She is a member of the Executive Team at Apex Technology Management and handles PR and charitable giving for the company. She is an author, a speaker, and has been involved with many community activities over the years. Natalie currently sits on the board of One Safe Place.
Joy joined the Apex executive team in December, 2018 after relocating to Palo Cedro, CA with her family. She holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from the University of Colorado, graduating Summa Cum Laude while raising a family and working full-time. She’s quickly assimilated into our culture of customer obsession and business integrity.
Joy’s broad experience includes a long tenure in manufacturing, aerospace and the oil and gas services industries managing accounting and financial reporting. She’s demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering a sense of team & improving communication and processes. Her past successes include dramatic DSO reductions resulting in improved cash in-flows & implementing process improvements reducing errors while increasing efficiencies. During her time at Apex she’s shortened the period close cycle facilitating reporting and analysis of operating results.
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), David leads Apex's innovation initiatives that explore emerging technologies, assess their application to our clients’ business and recommends new strategies and solutions. David also assists the local community as a professor at Shasta College, teaching a course in advanced Microsoft server configuration. Prior to working for Apex he developed software and designed databases for Pre-Employ.com, Inc. the nations #1 background check company.
David holds a degree in business administration with options in Management of Information Systems as well as Production and Operations Management. Throughout his career he has acquired many technical certifications and trainings covering a wide range of technologies from many major vendors including Cisco, VMware, Dell, Microsoft, AWS, & HP.
